Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Important: For golf clubs and other large items, additional shipping charges may apply. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- All Golf Grips (including Arthritic Grips and Iron Grips)
- Golf Towels
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your receipt and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address using a trackable service. Keep your proof of postage.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds: Usually processed within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement product you’d like
- We’ll ship your replacement once the return is processed
We cover the shipping costs for replacement items in exchange cases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (including golf clubs with manufacturing flaws or defective golf balls):

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs
