Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty. These include:

  • Golf Grips (including Arthritic Grips and Iron Grips)
  • Golf Towels
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your receipt and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):
